Boris suffered damage(broken/fractured(?) rear leg when a motorist plowed into him @ the end of last March. Now just a few days ago Boris was struck by yet another speeding vehicle(drunk driver) taking on even more physical damage, including damage to one of his racks(antlers) which has to be removed or *adjusted(???). Boris the Deer took over when Dillie the Deer(Pennsylvania) passed away four yrs ago @18 yrs. of age.

Boris rapidly captured the heart of not just our international Deer Whispering community but all animal lovers around our globe. Thanks to a highly efficient/dedicated EMT crew they were able to stabilize Boris's condition, get Boris safely loaded into the EMT vehicle & on the road to the big city of Kiev!

The drive to the big city of Kiev was originally deemed to be too stressful for Boris so the local veterinarians were all that were realistically immediately available. Incredibly on the way to Kiev the EMT vehicle Boris was in got rear-ended by another vehicle which caved in the rear doors making them inoperable. Stressed out as much as Boris was(Tokmena should have went to Kiev with him) the big guy pulled through it all! @ 0:28 into the below vid one can easily see that the rear end collision was pretty STOUT!

Pray all goes well for Tokmina & Boris like she is the bubbly/smiley brunette fox & Boris is the happy go lucky gregarious "Food Locater" with the perfect attitude like what a stunning gentleman he truly is!

A deer gifted us a pile of brown grapes in the front yard this morning.
As far as outdoors the deer drop their pellets/pass their water much like goats, anywhere it's convenient to do so. If ones doe(s) are indoor/outdoor family members they will always go outside to relieve themselves.

I started to read the thread because nature stories are often pretty cool.

However, I stopped reading this thread at about post #3. Why? Because I realized I don’t really give a hoot about that poor deer.
