The irony of the abortion issue.

define Jim Crow logic test is the dame as mine in s specific post.
I don’t need to. You have stated time and time again that civil and human rights are to be granted only to those who YOU think do not negatively impact society!

JimcrowNotfooledbyW stepped in it and proved his bigotry

Women are dying and becoming infertile because of these anti abortion laws

That has to stop

Mind your own damn business. Let doctors and the women involved work this out

You are a liar. I have never said that civil and human rights are to be granted by human beings in any capacity.. I am the one arguing that a woman’s right to have control over her body in private and with full liberty comes from God; nature’s God, not a revealed religion God, but God or the universe or Mother Nature of you want an escape from sexual dominating Male revealed Creator of the Universe.

And YOU never had to birth any… in fact you walked away from all of them
Most I didn't find out about until much later. I fathered twin girls while in the Army back in the 1960's. I didn't find out about it until last year, thanks to ancestry.com. Another I didn't find out about for five years. I only 'walked away' from one. I told her flat out that I wasn't going to marry her. She gave the child up for adoption, I helped her financially. One of my newly discovered daughters is visiting me this month. She is delighted to know that she has a living father. Her mother told her that her father died in a plane crash.

I'm beginning to feel like Clint Eastwood and Kevin Costner.

The above anti-abortion freak has left a trail of abandoned children all over the place

That is the mentality we’re dealing with here folks
Wrong. I favor adoption of unwanted kids, but I'm not anti-abortion. Her body, her choice.

Not here to discuss your warped religious views. We are here discussing why you think you have the Jim Crow view that subhumans exist, and you have the right to terminate them, and society does not have the right to stop you from doing it.

And men die when they make the “choice” to serve in the military.

The time “to work it out” is when she decides to have unprotected sex.

No. The God of Abraham knows all, I hear, so he knew he would breathe His .Spirit into the mortal fetus st birth which is when the sanctity of life begins in Judaism and is universal in my mind because it maked the most sense all things considered regarding reproduction of our species.
Even though a baby in the womb can feel pain, and has it's own heartbeat, and separate DNA?

You are a liar. A fetus is human; fully human and I have stated so in many many posts.
Yet, should not be availed the same rights as all other fully human beings?

How does that make a lick of sense?

Even though a baby in the womb can feel pain, and has it's own heartbeat, and separate DNA?

Are you saying the God of Abraham’s chosen people have had it wrong for 6000 years as to when ensoulment occurs in the mortal human body of a fetus?

Yet, should not be availed the same rights as all other fully human beings?
The human fetus is availed the same rights as a born human until the right is superseded by the only person in nature who must assume the risks of giving birth.

If a pregnant woman decides to not give birth by terminating her own pregnancy, society has no interest in preventing her from doing so. When she decides to terminate it is none of societies’ business.

I never stated anything of the sort. I am vehemently opposed to what you suggest I think.

Far more unborn babies die because of abortion than women would die as a result of an abortion ban in 1000 years. Which makes that arguement akin to using rape and incest to justify the 97% of abortions which are just for convenience

So how many women dying because of these draconian anti-abortion laws is acceptable?

Are you saying people can't be wrong?
When you claim Judeo Christianity is truth, The Chosen People of that revealed religion sccording to the Biblical Word of God, should not be wrong. Because if the Chosen Ones’s are wrong about when ensoulment happens in the womb the entire religion couid be wrong.

Does it have to be abortion on demand for any reason whatsoever or no abortion at all or can we have a nuanced law that accounts for a very complicated issue. If we have to choose one or the other it would seem to me that no abortion saves exponentially more people so that would be the logical choice. But I know it's a religious decision for you so...

And YOU never had to birth any… in fact you walked away from all of them
I would think you would support a man's right to choose. To have freedom over his body and for his reproductive rights.....
