The irony of the abortion issue.

And your arguments against fetus rights are the same arguments Jim Crow types used to try to keep blacks down.

my argument does not request the state governments to flaunt the Constitution and law.

to claim that an 8 month gestated fetus is not similarly situated to a newborn is simply absurd.
To claim an eight month gestated fetus is similarly situated to a newborn is absolutely absurd.

and you should’ve noticed that my argument is that if a woman becomes pregnant and intends on her own decision to give birth to her baby that baby is protected and an eight month gets the same as it is as if it were newborn.

My Argument that a fetus is not similarly situated because it has no right to overpower the rights of the only person who is the only person who can give that fetus life because of the risks involved when delivering a child to the world.

So the question remains, do those similarly situated deserve equal protection?
A Woman in New York having a miscarriage at 17 weeks should be similarly situated to a woman in Texas having a miscarriage at 17 weeks. Thanks to Saint Heynorm the woman in Texas died and she lived in New York. She would be alive today. You killed her Saint Heynorm because the woman in Texas does not have the same equal protection as a woman in New York, although they are similarly situated.

You want all women to suffer the fate of Josseli Barnica in Texas.

Josseli Barnica grieved the news as she lay in a Houston hospital bed on Sept. 3, 2021: The sibling she’d dreamt of giving her daughter would not survive this pregnancy.

The fetus was on the verge of coming out, its head pressed against her dilated cervix; she was 17 weeks pregnant and a miscarriage was “in progress,” doctors noted in hospital records. At that point, they should have offered to speed up the delivery or empty her uterus to stave off a deadly infection, more than a dozen medical experts told ProPublica.

But when Barnica’s husband rushed to her side from his job on a construction site, she relayed what she said the medical team had told her: “They had to wait until there was no heartbeat,” he told ProPublica in Spanish. “It would be a crime to give her an abortion.”

For 40 hours, the anguished 28-year-old mother prayed for doctors to help her get home to her daughter; all the while, her uterus remained exposed to bacteria.

Three days after she delivered, Barnica died of an infection.

Barnica is one of at least two Texas women who ProPublica found lost their lives after doctors delayed treating miscarriages, which fall into a gray area under the state’s strict abortion laws that prohibit doctors from ending the heartbeat of a fetus.

The mother dies at birth. The child is born. The child should be allowed to be terminated because someone is required for it to sustain life?

Your skills in this debate are dubious at best.

To be “similarly situated” never meant the two had to be identical. The left missused the legal principle when it was something you desired, but now, even though using your same arguments used in Obergfell, you ignore it as a basis for fetal right to life.

Cowardly, incredibly cowardly.

lol, the doctors being confused, was the reason. Not the legislation.

Do better Bigot.

if the mother dies at birth while the baby survives that baby is protected under the law same as you and me,. It would be manslaughter if the baby was allowed to die when there are means available to sustain him or her.

I think you might believe I'm bitter because of one or more paternity suits. I have never had a paternity suit filed against me. All the gals I got pregnant placed the blame on themselves.

Some of my kids were raised by their moms, other were given up for adoption. I'm just suggesting that women be aware of their fertility cycle if they are going to have unprotected sex. I know they can do this, and I believe they know they can do this.
And YOU never had to birth any… in fact you walked away from all of them

The above anti-abortion freak has left a trail of abandoned children all over the place

That is the mentality we’re dealing with here folks

Your logic fails you’re own argument.

Explain how Post nfbw 242030 Vtiota00050. contains logic that fails my own argument.

This is based on the law in all 50 states:

if the mother dies at birth while the baby survives that baby is protected under the law same as you and me,. It would be manslaughter if the baby was allowed to die when there are means available to sustain him or her.

If you understand the legal standing “similarly situated” it is self evident.

But bigots never cared about it in the first place.

Who besides befuddled you applies “similarly situated” to denying women the liberty to make a decision which causes no harm to a person or society or civilization?

slavery is harm to a born person.

Gay marriage causes no harm to a person or society.

Jim Crow would have loved you standing next to him. You possess his same logic which is quite evident in your postings

Actually Dobbs ruined the primary wedge issue fueled and financed by Republican aligned billionaires and Christian religious zealot culture warriors who have been perpetuating the myth that America was founded as a Christian Nation and which includes the gun nuts and white supremacy Republicans since Wallace leftovers from the bible belt old south confederacy and some big cattle ranch owners in the west.
Man are you a special kind of cultist!
"Endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights" is a phrase from the United States Declaration of Independence, meaning that all people are inherently given certain basic rights by God (or a higher power) which cannot be taken away from them; these rights are often cited as "Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.".

Yes, I am a rational theist like Washington Adams, Jefferson, Madison, Thomas Paine, Ethsn Allen and Benjamin Franklin, and many other of the Enlightenment rebels who created America who’s minds were unshackled by any organized or revealed religion.

However, I understand the spirituality of Judaism that teaches that God breathes the human soul of life into human beings at birth not conception.

You cannot separate me from Thomas Jefferson’s Declaration of Independence or Nature’s God that he referred to in it.

So the whole knew in the womb thing is beyond you!

No. The God of Abraham knows all, I hear, so he knew he would breathe His .Spirit into the mortal fetus st birth which is when the sanctity of life begins in Judaism and is universal in my mind because it maked the most sense all things considered regarding reproduction of our species.
