When it is a fetus, the doctor has the mothers consent to perform the abortion or it is to save the life of the mother Or the fetus is not viable or not developed sufficiently to live following birth.

Humans who breathe air from the atmosphere of planet earth are all similarly situated on that aspect. Air breathing humans are not similarly situated to humans who are immersed in amniotic fluid.. not truly breathing in the womb. Instead the fetus is breathing through the umbilical cord which provides the baby with oxygen until the first breath after birth.

That is not a similar situation nor can it be moral to contrive it to be that way because you are male who needs excuses to control women and deprive them of their god given liberty.

I think you might believe I'm bitter because of one or more paternity suits. I have never had a paternity suit filed against me. All the gals I got pregnant placed the blame on themselves.

Some of my kids were raised by their moms, other were given up for adoption. I'm just suggesting that women be aware of their fertility cycle if they are going to have unprotected sex. I know they can do this, and I believe they know they can do this.

I am arguing that United States citizenry and their elected government has zero interest in protecting a fetus from its mother and the doctor that she chooses to care for her in her interest.

I am also arguing that the United States citizens and their elected government have full interest in protecting a fetus everyone else besides its mother.

This is primarily on a basis of what constitutes harm to society or free individuals.
