That was the real state of the area in the 1960's especially where I lived in Okiehoma. Now solid Republican and still flying the confederate flags.

Today the Northern Black and White Democrats want to keep black people from owning weapons, so Northern Democrats like the ANTIFA/BLM can burn their business and terrorize the people. So when I talk about white racism of the past, which was bipartisan, I get told how I'm living in the past and all that kind of thing. We aren't supposed to hold whites todasy accountable for what happened 150 years ago, no one was a slave, no one today owned slaves, but... here let me show you what democrats did 150 years ago and tell you that you should be a republican because we can credit ourselves now for things that happened before we were alive if it looks good for us.

Fuck that. The modern republican party is the mfing party of racists and racism. If Jim Crow could be made law today, it would be republicans proposing it. At least two voting rights bills have come to vote in the past 2 years, republicans have opposed them.

That is the inconveneint truth. These republicans know it. And that's why we keep seeing disingenuous threads like this one.
