The Islamic resistance movement Hamas (IRMH)

The Political Charter

Thank Allah, the god of people, our prayers and peace be upon our Prophet Mohammed the master of missionaries and the imam of the mujahideen, and peace to his family and partners, all of them.

The IRMH published since its establishment, and during its jihad journey, considering it one of the items of the Palestinian national movements, different charters clarifying their point of view and their political vision.

And in this charter, the movement shows its principals and destinations in which it depends on to build its vision, its speech and to determine its behavior and political performance.

The definition of the movement:

  • 1. The IRMH is a liberation, Islamic and Palestinian national resistance movement. It aims to liberate Palestine and to fight against the Zionist Project, its reference is Islam in its principles and goals.
Palestine’s Land:

  • 2. Palestine, with its historical known borders from Jordan’s river in the east to the mediterranean sea in the west, from Ras Al Nakora in the north to Om Al Rashrash in the south, this land is Palestinian and a united regional unit. Displacing Palestinians and creating a Zionist entity does not cancel the right of Palestinians to their entire land, and does not validate the Zionist entity to violate this land.
Palestine’s People:

  • 4. The Palestinians are the Arab citizens who lived in Palestine before 1947. Anyone who was displaced or stayed in Palestine, anyone who was born from an Arab Palestinian father after 1947, inside or outside the country is Palestinian.
Islam and Palestine:

Refugees and the Right of Return:

  • 11. The Palestinian cause is basically a cause of an occupied land and displaced people, and the right of return for all Palestinians who were displaced from the 1948 or 1967 lands, which means from the whole of Palestine. Palestinians have the natural right to go back to their land, which is a personal and general right for all Palestinians. Confirming this right is all the religions, human rights and international law, and it is non-negotiable for anyone, whether Palestinian, Arab or foreign.
The Zionist Project:

The Position on the Occupation and the Political Arrangement:

  • 17. The Balfour Declaration and the British mandate convention on Palestine is illegal, and the UN decision for Palestine’s division, and all its consequences and other conventions similar to it and the creation of Israel was illegal from the beginning, and it is against the Palestinian’s rights, its determination, human rights, international law and the right of sovereignty.
  • 18. We do not recognize the Zionist state. All shapes of occupation, settlements, Judaization and the forgery of truth are illegal. These rights do not dissolve with time.
  • 19. We do not leave any part of the Palestinian’s land, under any circumstances, conditions or pressure, as long as the occupation remains. Hamas refuses any alternative which is not the whole liberation of Palestine, from the river to the sea. And the creation of the Palestinian independent state with its sovereignty, with Jerusalem as its capital, on the borders of the 4th of June 1967, with the return of the refugees to their homes from where they were displaced is a common national consensual formula, and it does not mean the recognition of the Zionist state or the surrendering of Palestinian rights.
  • 20. Hamas refuses all conventions or initiatives and any projects that aim to destroy the Palestinian cause or take away the rights of the Palestinian people.
  • 21. Hamas confirms that no peace in Palestine should be agreed on, based on injustice to the Palestinians or their land. Any arrangements based on that will not lead to peace, and the resistance and Jihad will remain as a legal right, a project and an honor for all our nations’ people.
The Resistance and the Liberation:

The Political System:

  • 29. The Hamas movement confirms its total rejection of Oslo’s conventions, its consequences and its results, which made contradictory compromises of the benefits of the Palestinians.

Hamas demands not only unconditional surrender, but the extinction of the country and the people who have defeated Palestine again and again. As long as Hamas represents the Palestinians, which is to say as long as forever, there can be no peace between Israel and the Palestinians. Any concession to the Palestinians by the United States, or any other country, encourages them in their drive to finish the work of the Nazi Holocaust.

The Palestinians supported the enemies of the United States during the Second World War, the Cold War, and the Gulf War. This is how they responded to the destruction of the Twin Towers:

Poor Muslims.

They only control 99% of the land in the Middle East.

The greedy Jews won't give them the other 1%

NO FAIR

I greatly admire the Palestinian people and their unwavering resolve to recover and occupy their stolen home's and land. ...

I admire the Hittites who would rise up against the Muslim invaders who stole their land.

In fact, I'd love to start a Hittite movement to liberate the Middle East from the North African Muslim invaders.

Oh darn, there are are no Hittites left - the Muslims slaughtered them all - every man, woman, and child - complete genocide - Allahu Akbar.

"Reputation is Everything": Honor Killing Among the Palestinians, by James Emery, Anthropologist Community

In the Palestinian communities of the West Bank, Gaza Strip, Israel, and Jordan, women are executed in their homes, in open fields, and occasionally in public, sometimes before crowds of cheering onlookers...

Among Palestinians, all sexual encounters, including rape and incest, are blamed on the woman. Men are presumed innocent; the woman must have tempted him into raping her or enticed him into having an affair. A woman is expected to protect her honor, even at the cost of her own life. If she survives a violent rape, she is condemned for her "mistake" and may be killed by her family.

"The issue of consent is irrelevant when it comes to honor killings," says Marsha Freeman, director of the International Women's Rights Action Watch...

Over 75 percent of the Palestinian women in Jordan subjected to hymen exams were subsequently killed by family members, even when tests proved they were still virgins...

In some areas, a Palestinian woman is required to have a male relative accompany her whenever she leaves the home. Unfortunately, her male "guardian" -- father, brother, uncle, or cousin -- may be a sexual predator who rapes her. Should she become pregnant, he will publicly condemn her for dishonoring the family after killing both her and their unborn child. Last year, seventeen-year-old Afaf Younes was killed by her father, who had allegedly been sexually molesting her...

A sixteen-year-old Palestinian girl became pregnant after being raped by her younger brother. Once her condition became known, her family encouraged her older brother to kill her to remove the blemish from their honor. Her brothers, the rapist and the murderer, were exonerated. The girl was blamed. "She made a mistake," said one of her male cousins. "She had to pay for it."

-----------

I am confident that Western progressives who take the side of Palestine against Israel would rather live in Israel than in any Arab country in the world, especially Gaza.

It's not the Jews land to give or occupy.
The operative word here is "stolen".
These passages come from the Koran:

Surah V:20 And (remember) when Moses said unto his people: O my people! Remember Allah’s favoour unto you, how he placed among you Prophets, and He made you kings, and gave you that (which) He gave not to any (other) creatures. O my people! Go into the holy land which Allah hath ordained for you. Turn not in flight, for surely ye turn back as losers.

Surah XVII:104 And we said unto the Children of Israel after him: Dwell in the land, but when the promise of the Hereafter cometh to pass, we shall bring you as a crowd gathered out of various nations.

----------

The Jews did not steal land. They bought it from Turkish landlords, and built kibbutz farms that were far more productive than the land had been before.

When Arabs attacked the Jews, the Jews fought back and won. This happened again and again, and is the story of the Arab - Israeli conflict. Land the Jews did not buy they conquered in wars fought to destroy them.

The Ottomans brought them in beginning in the 1870's, aliyahs from Russia mostly, since nobody else wanted the place after the civil war with Egypt ravaged the entire region. The Brits came in with investments in citrus groves and a port. It also provided a watch post for the Suez Canal. Then the Labor Zionsts from Europe and the U.S. started coming in the late 1890's through the first decades of the 290th century, then the Arab migrants came in looking for work. When Britain took over they looked the other way on illegal Arab immigration and squatting, as it was cheap labor and the British appointed Governors didn't like Jews.

And yes, they raised funds to buy as much land as they could, starting with the cheap swamp lands. The few 'native' Arabs remained in the hills, where they fled to avoid the Ottoman drafts for most of the 19th century; as the Jewish govt. acknowledged, some 300,000 had a 'right of return', if they acknowleged Israel as a legitimate secular state, but Arab culture is rooted in theivery and murder and they thought they could steal what everybody else built up there. They failed in 1935 and ever since, so tough luck, go back the Syria and Egypt and the other states they came from. They were Syrians, according to their earlier claims.

The recent success of the Taliban after 20 years.
Gave renewed hope to the Palestinian freedom fighters to persevere in their struggle to regain their stolen land.
U.S. forces could withdraw from Afghanistan, and the United States continued to exist. The so called "Palestinian freedom fighters" desire nothing less than the destruction of Israel. It will not happen. What will happen is the eventual destruction of Palestine.

The Palestinians should acknowledge that they are a vanquished nation with no future and no history worth talking about. They should become a source of cheap labor for the Jews, helping the Jews build housing for Jews living in the Conquered Territories.

I don't think the Jews are planning to withdraw from their homeland any time soon.

The only chance Muslim Supremacists have to conquer Israel is for Iran to get Nuke.

Problem is, Iran wants the Idol more than they want to kill Jews. Once they get nukes, they will attack Saudi Arabia to take the Idol from the Kaaba in Mecca, back to Iran. Then the Hajj will take Muslims to Iran and the Shi'ites will control the Idol.

Keep up the fight Palestinians.

Never Surrender.
If the Palestinians keep on fighting they will be destroyed. During World War II that is what happened to Japanese soldiers who refused to surrendered. The Palestinians are doomed. If they surrender now they will get better conditions.

Germany's recent attempt in the last century to rid their country of the Juden wasn't an aberration or even unusual.
Due to their behavior, they have been driven out, expelled, and exterminated, dozens of times throughout history.
Jews are resented by those who lack the intelligence to compete with them academically and economically.
