In a Republic, actually
“While our broken immigration system is a serious matter, this impeachment push is not. There is no legitimate basis for impeaching Mayorkas, and House Republicans have not presented any evidence that he has violated the law. Instead, they are on the verge of abusing one of the most powerful mechanisms of government to score political points, potentially setting a dangerous precedent.”

The fact is, any issue with ‘the border’ is Congress’ fault for its endless failures to enact comprehensive immigration reform; more precisely, the fault of Congressional Republicans and their meritless opposition to immigration reform.

The precedent of using this powerful mechanism to score political points was set during the last admin when TWO scam impeachments were attempted. The democrats are doubling down with a bunch of kangaroo court indictments. You know this to be true. Tell the truth for a change.

Oh my gosh, Clayton acknowledged our immigration system is broken! I'm looking outside to see if there's any flying pigs.

The only thing wrong with it is that the Senate will never convict. Not enough honest Senators. Too many Dims.

One can only be impeached if he is not doing the job that he was asked to do, correct?

Was he asked to ensure 10M enter your nation illegally or not? If he was, he did his job well.

Any ‘impeachment’ is of course more ridiculous political theater, a bad faith abuse of Congress’ impeachment authority by Republicans caring nothing about ‘the border’ or meaningful immigration reform.

You don't think that fucking up the border is a high crime or even a misdemeanor?

Now, Mayorkas can certainly argue that things are peachy keen on the Rio Grande, and it isn't a mess.

But that's why you have trials.

The party that has nothing to offer always delivers exactly that. Nothing. Another great reason to never vote Democrap.

Sure sure. Stabbing the Democrats in the back with foreign military aid wasn't bad enough. Sanctifying a riot and raid on the Capitol building while Congress was in the joint session ceremony of counting the State EC votes in a last minute Hail Mary attempt to overthrow the incoming president. Obviously, some partisans always root for their team. If only Nixon had a Faux Not News in 74 he could have finished his term.

Actually, it is ridiculous that the Dems / Marxists continue to ignore the the disaster they have created with their open borders, human trafficking syndicate and programs that enrich the cartels.

This is about power. Illegals will vote and for them. Laws be damned. They pick and chose what they want to obey. Tyrannical dirt bags.
