The spell of becoming a dork?

Went to a local Renaissance Festival last year. Was years since I went. Back in the 70's was pretty cool with a lot of artists, music and awesome food.

Now it's taken over by drunken mid 20's Potter dorks dressing in costume. All the cool art, gone. All the good food, gone.
I don't think a single one would remember a spell.
