The Country dislikes CONGRESS and Congress is not just the GOP controlled House. It is also the liberal Democrat controlled Senate.

Good point. People want the Congress to send the President something he can sign as opposed to bills giving away public lands for exploitation by private corps at pennies on the $. The Boehner (R) Congress is quite adept at naming post offices though

The Republicans are not an "opposition party" since they would support Obama's policies only if Obama was white and a Republican.
