And there are perfect strangers who will run up to you and ask you the score when you did even know there was a game being played! And they jabber on in that stupid affectatious mish-mash of Scotch-Irish accent and simplified sentences that sound like Tarzan or a stereotypical Aboriginal from a goofy 1950's Western.
