Article I, section 8
The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;
I have my constitution open to that section and for the life of me I dont see airspace or control of private companies anywhere
So? Here are other nouns you won’t explicitly in the Constitution yet they’re deemed Constitutional... “Air Force”, “abortion”, “same-sex marriage.”
Want more...?
airforce is included in the military,,,and any true american knows those others are being done illegally,,,which is my main point
LOLOL
Ah, “military,” yet another noun not found in the Constitution. Good one; and thanks for the help in adding to my list.
As far as “true Americans,” you really mean only those who think like you. Which ironically, is not very American culture.
ok they use armies instead of military, but we both agree they are the same thing,,,
I'm gonna go out on a limb and say you have a college education,,,
a problem I have found with them is they only go as far as they feel good and stop there,,,
you may want to read more of the constitution because in the 10th amendment its very clear about it
