The Donald overrules the FAA...Grounds the Boeing 737

But you insinuated the exact word had to appear there. Now you admit the Constitution can be left open to interpretation.

Does that mean you have to turn in your “true American” merit badge?
I never insinuated that and thats not an interpretation,,,,you used the word military not me,,I just confirmed what it does say, and both words are interchangeable like rectum and asshole

and NO its not up for interpretation as clarified in the 10th amendment,,,
Sadly, you seem to be suffering from dementia. Yes, it was you who first used the word, “military.” [highlighted for your attention]

airforce is included in the military
Ah, “military,” yet another noun not found in the Constitution. Good one; and thanks for the help in adding to my list.
And yes, you certainly did insinuate words had to be found in the Constitution since your reply to me pointing out the Constitutionality of the FAA’s enforcement of our airspace was to point out you don’t see airspace in there.

Are anti aircraft missiles mentioned in the Constitution, what about Fentanyl and LSD

its time to get a drink and shut the **** up because you are sounding like a complete moron

No answer huh?

What about green anti gravity suits

if you werent such a dumb **** you would know its about delegated powers not objects

I already showed you. It’s to provide for the general welfare of the nation. The federal government can enforce rules and regulations on private businesses when it comes to the safety of the nation or when it comes to enforcing laws against private companies.
since a plane holds just a few hundred and there are 325 million people in the country I dont see the general welfare,,,and the courts are for violations in the law not POTUS

I see this more as a punishment to Boeing for having business outside the country,,,he said they would pay for it
It’s not a question of the seating capacity of the jet. It’s for the safety of all 325 million people, anyone of whom could fly on a plane deemed unsafe.

bullshit!!!
\
now if it were a rash of planes falling out of the air I can maybe see the need,,but 2 planes in other countries,,,sorry not a good reason
Two planes that crashed due to a software glitch that exists in all of those planes, regardless of which country they’re flown in.

Or to, or from. Bizarre that the poster needs this explained.

Looks like the US was the last country in the world to ground it.
none of those other countrys have our constitution

Doesn't matter. They have Boeing's 737-8s.

Soon perhaps to be known as the Boeing Corvair.

ok they use armies instead of military, but we both agree they are the same thing,,,

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say you have a college education,,,

a problem I have found with them is they only go as far as they feel good and stop there,,,

you may want to read more of the constitution because in the 10th amendment its very clear about it

So? Here are other nouns you won’t explicitly in the Constitution yet they’re deemed Constitutional... “Air Force”, “abortion”, “same-sex marriage.”

so you say,,,
No, so says Boeing...

Following two air disasters months apart, Boeing has promised to release software updates for all of its Boeing 737 Max aircraft by next month at the latest.

15th post
It's the right thing to do after 2 crashes in less than a year.
Beautress, I LOVE your siggie. Oh lord, I needed that. Thanks.

Just read the fine print. Ooopppss. But I was talking about the picture, and I stand by it.
Oh, OldLady, I was thinking about my family. My older brother and I had 3 younger brothers and sisters after I turned 9 years old. Only two of them are left, and it'd sure be lonely without them. They were my tomorrow, and I didn't even know it when their cute little curly blond heads came into this world. We may change with age. :eusa_angel:

I'm more interested in why you're taking pics in my backyard. Sup?! :aargh:

You have a different specie, doll. Yours turn dark as they age. Mine turn lighter and are likely in the style of seven sisters, not floribundas. :D

but the constitution doesnt have a place that gives POTUS that authority,,,you may be thinking of the russian constitution
It's true the Constitution doesn't mention airplanes at all.

There are a few places where limited Government is necessary. Interstate and international passenger jet travel safety is a quite reasonable place for that, since local governments and individuals are clearly incapable of performing this function.
