Clearly there is no need to ‘get rid’ of the EC – and Democrats have no desire to do so, ‘socialist’ or otherwise.
Indeed, we need simply return to the Framers’ original intent for the EC; had the original intent been followed in 2016, Trump would not have been elected president.
