IMHO, Biden and the democrats believe more in the gov't can do it for you than you can do it yourself. If you want more 'Can Do America' attitude in this country then you need to vote republican, starting in November. They ain't perfect, nobody is but they're sure as shit better than the democrats unless all you want is to be taken care of at someone else's expense. And that road does not lead to utopia.
