Is Aliens a sci fi masterpiece??

Do you think 86, Aliens is a sci fi masterpiece like blade runner or T2 ??

Or is Aliens just a basic “bug shooter “ with horrible 80s costumes ???

Don't know what it would be like if I watched it for the first time today but when I did in the nineties, if memory serves, according to me it was a masterpiece. The first part I saw later and somehow it didn't impress me that much.
