The post cited an "anomaly" (insert your favorite SCP or Backrooms jokes here) as the cause, and it also stated that Starlink and SpaceX would be working on any "corrective actions" should the need arise.

Perhaps the most noteworthy part of the announcement was that Starlink stated it would keep looking for the satellite, along with "trackable debris.""

So, Musk is putting these satellites up in space, but they're really not that safe. Some are coming down and burning up (maybe), but others are just exploding in space (or on Earth) and causing lots of debris in space that shouldn't be there.

He'll do anything for money, including making space a no go zone for future generations.

There have been concerns of excessive 'space junk' orbiting the earth for at least 40 years. I'm surprised more satellites haven't been adversely affected.

There are approximately 36,000 objects larger than 10 cm in orbit around the Earth, along with an estimated 130 million smaller fragments.
