Nope and it probably never will. Artemis is a terrible mission architecture and needs to be scrapped.

As proposed, it was supposed to be cheap to launch. It most likely will work. Yet it is limited without the private side involved. In a true race with the Chinese, we could get a lunar lander like we had with Apollo and get to the moon. It would expensive. And we would not be staying there with a base. The NASA budget would have to be expanded for a few missions a year. We need more value for the dollar spent. For there are people like you who are not enamored with manned missions.
