Zone1 The biggest difference between Catholicism and Protestantism.

I think it's incorrect to use the term 'subversive' to describe a foreigner's opinions. That which is 'subversive behaviour ro an American could be perfectly appropriate behaviour to others.

That will be the part that I don't understand, that's related to your rude behaviour.

Is my mentioning of Brontosauruses not an appropriate question?

At what point in history did Noah set sail? Or start the fkn engine, whatever?
I think it is a wonderfully accurate description of what you do here.

You think I am being rude? To a cancer a surgeon is rude.

While the Catholicks can be criticized on the selling out of their bibles on the short term, on the longer term they will be thanked for raising Christian beliefs up out of medieval and laughable bullsh-t.

Leaving the Protestants behind still believing that Jonah lived in the 'big fish', and other foolery.
Is this like masturbation for you?

I think it would be appropriate to say that I'm a subversive, only if I was an American. Can you explain specifically what it is that I have said that deserves your arousal.

Is a Cancer an entity that is believed by a Christian to be capable of thought? Can one pray and/or send thoughts?

Did Noah sail before the age of Brontosaurus?

I'm not required by my church to confess to spilling the seed. When a woman swallows, is that considered as spillage or is it nutrition for a Catholic priest?

You're doing what a subversive does when caught; evade, escape, deny. It's the same thing we teach our soldiers when they are caught behind enemy lines.

I'm just wondering if this is sexual for you. That would make sense at least.

Catholics evolved from Jesus’s Disciples
St Peter
Peter's church was in Jerusalem. He taught there for 15 years before he was arrested.
Paul started the churches that Christ talks of in Revelations.
Peter was dead for 300 years before there was a Catholic religion...

And of the millions of Christians who subscribe to 'Answers in Genesis' better steer clear of this discussion. This is the Catholic/Atheist big leagues!
Too big. Jesus suggested that the church would remain small. There are billions of churchgoers, but how many are actually Christians?

Was Jesus alive in the tomb? He said that "as" Jonah "was" in the belly of the fish so he would "be" in the heart of the earth. He also mentioned three days and nights.

"To the ends of the earth".

"Peter's church" in Jerusalem and the Catholic faith are synonymous. Your claim is ridiculous, The Catholic faith did not spring from non one into Rome. Jesus said to spread the Gospel to the ends of the earth. He did not say, "only in Jerusalem".

Also worth noting: Most scholars agree that 1 Peter 5:13 is reliable evidence that Peter, at one time, lived in Rome.

Not if he was already dead before he got to a tomb of course..

You can believe the big fish story if you want. You have company on this board.

You should share that opinion with the protestants on this board. Really lean into it. Dig in.

Catholicks can be criticized on the selling out of their bibles
Is it really selling out? Or is it me cutting the knees off of your ridiculous arguments using common sense and logic?

I think your problem is assuming the passages are ridiculous without ever really understanding the passages. So, no. I don't think I can be criticized and I don't think I have sold out the bible either. Your arguing minority opinions as the standard is idiotic. So I can only conclude that you are either an idiot or a subversive.

Do you like my shoe?

That which is common sense to you and me is blasphemy to other true or hard core believers. Who was it that offered proof that a man could live for 3 days in a whale's belly and then come out only slightly bleached? LOL together!

No, but I used to believe that the passages were ridiculous. Now i know that some crackpots literally believe them!
You're to thank for some of that!
So, no. I don't think I can be criticized and I don't think I have sold out the bible either.
Don't worry about the term used. I'll just say that new interpretations are being found that work for modern science, while the old literal versions are now preposterous.
Your arguing minority opinions as the standard is idiotic.
Let's be careful on what we consider to be minority opinions, or majority opinions! Our modern opinion on the big fish story could still be a minority opinion.
So I can only conclude that you are either an idiot or a subversive.

Do you like my shoe?
N.A.

Don't make a joke out of that which your church has told you that it's o.k. to believe stories such as the big fish!

You told me that!

So logically that account must have been trying to say something else. So why are you so fixated by the literal account?

No, but I used to believe that the passages were ridiculous. Now i know that some crackpots literally believe them!
You're to thank for some of that!
And you are equally a crackpot because you are making the same arguments and trying to say it is the common belief instead of a minority belief. So are you dumb or subversive?

I'm always worried by people who try to ass fuck truth and logic.

You want it to be the opinion of the majority. Let's be clear about that.

It's totally applicable. It's the reason I shoved my shoe so far up your ass.
