What is much more likely than getting nuked by Russia is a nuke device being set off by a terrorist. The silly idea many (if not most) have of this large room at NORAD tracking incoming ICBMs as they fall is probably true...what is silly is that Russia or China would launch such an attack in the first place knowing full well that they signed their death warrant. If a container on a cargo ship in Brooklyn detonates...what do we do? Squeeze off a nuke of our own in their direction--if we ever find out who "they" are who hit us?
