This I can agree with. I do not care if they build my TVs and phones, but this should be done at home. I hope this gets the support it deserves.

for instance china could transship products through 3rd countries

We will need stiff penalties for companies foreign or domestic caught cheating

it might if they do it at the right time. Hell, they passed the PATRIOT Act...anything can get passed.
