Thank a God for our melting pot society

It's Christian Easter today, and my wife was wondering if certain cafes & stores were open. On Xmas day, it's even more a "concern".

Since we have a multi-cultural society here in the USA, we are "blessed" to have lots of choices for engaging businesses in our free enterprise nation. Just yesterday, we enjoyed dinner at a wonderful Himalayan restaurant; family owned with nice decent folks.

Yes, there are a few bad apples, but there are a helluva lot more positives for immigration.
Today, the positive is that we are not restricted by one religion's dogma.

Many so-called "Christians" forget that.
The dominant "Christian" religions who think they "know" Jesus want to believe the Trinitarian dogma that was cemented in the 4th century, hundreds of years after Jesus passed.

There are others who appreciate what Jesus supposedly said (or what he stands for) who don't swallow the predominant dogma. For example, check out the Urantia book's Part IV, "The Life and Teachings of Jesus".
Another dogma piece of work.

No one living today knows what really happened 2,000 years ago, including the "Orthodox" Greek/Russian religions.
Religion is a political/cultural emotional enterprise, mostly for those who need "heaven" or are afraid of "hell", and are motivated, manipulated by ignorant "authorities".
