Further, we have absentee Balloting where all it takes is a phone call or email request to get a ballot and vote. For the elderly, special assistance is permitted.
Perhaps Churchas should get with the times and have Absentee Voting drives on Sundays if they want to help.

To be eligible to vote early by mail in Texas, you must:
- be 65 years or older;
- be sick or disabled;
- be out of the county on election day and during the period for early voting by personal appearance; or
- be confined in jail, but otherwise eligible
Im all for expanding that to give people more flexibility. At the same time, how and why is it that Blacks in Texas struggle to get to the polls compared to every other ethnicity.

Counties that support the regime will get more polling places while those who disagree with the regime will get fewer polling places. Texas has closed numerous polling places and they have overwhelmingly meant that minorities have to wait much longer than whites. In the Democrat primarr, black voters had to wait 3 and a half hours to vote. If Republicans have thewir way, tghey would wait even longer.

Any and all measures to facilitate that are valid on that premise alone.
Any and all measures that hamper that goal need a justification beyond that.
