Tell Me Again This is Not an Invasion

Half of us wouldn't mind if Border Patrol started shooting these animals. The other half dont matter.

We could have upgraded Ellis Island by now. Why do we have people exasperated over the slow process at our southern border?

I really do think you watch WAY TOO MUCH MSM, TEE VEE, and establishment social media.

For as long as you have been on this site, you have been harping on the whole, "let's upgrade Ellis Island, etc." things.

When are you going to understand, the corporate media is ALWAYS trying to confuse the electorate and the population between the terms of Legal Immigrants and Illegal Immigrants. LEGAL IMMIGRATION IS NOT THE PROBLEM.

Now, if you want to hold the opinion that we need to increase the number and facilities to process more legal immigration? That is another issue. Likewise, the capital infrastructure should probably be where there is the most demand.

The reason we have such slow processing on the southern border, is we have reached the agreed quota for Legal Immigration, the influx is due to "refugee applications." There is considerable debate on whether these are legitimate applications, or just folks trying to game the system looking for a better life. We have a limited number of administrative law judges to hear these cases for asylum claims. THIS is the crux of the issue.

The corporate media is influenced by it's corporate partners which has a desire for undocumented, and hence, black market labor. It has no desire to follow federal minimum wage laws, OSHA laws, or any of the other various labor protections.

There is also considerable will among the globalists to shift the American electorate left, to be more amenable to a technocratic future.

This is where folks on the left show themselves to be the "useful idiots" of MSM, and big social media thought control. They dutifully parrot the corporate line, so that big corporations can get open borders and keep wages rock bottom and working conditions shitty by ensuring and steady stream of desperate workers looking for work. The left, generally were the ones that either didn't take, or were not paying attention in Econ. class.

Your problem is we have no express immigration clause and we should have no illegal problem or illegal underclass with our express naturalization clause.

nobody takes the right wing seriously about economics. tourism is the first, second, or third largest employer in twenty-nine States.

He thinks Mexicans are going to get on a boat and travel up to New York and enter thru a tiny island.

Well.. . . like I said, even THAT doesn't make sense if one understands the Immigration issue. We have reached the total number of allowable immigrants each year. Processing legal Immigrants IS NOT THE PROBLEM. The reason they closed down that facility is it was outdated, it was too big, and it was inappropriate to the amount of immigrant flow that now comes from Europe.

It is processing REFUGEE APPLICATIONS from southern Latin American nations that is the problem now. That requires more administrative law judges and processing facilities. That whole bag of both capital investment and judicial expansion is on congress. . . . :dunno:

To your first point? I'm not sure what you are trying to express. Is English your first language?

If you don't want an "illegal underclass," then perhaps you should stop lobbying for unchecked border crossings?

Supply and Demand curves are not political. The nature of how markets work is not partisan.

not competent enough to get into a really really serious debate? that is why i don't take the right wing seriously, now.

But this 'distortion' includes a capitalist market that constantly sets, then (repels [italics]) it own limits. The system is demented.

Well, human, why don’t you move on over to Somalia, since their differences are just a “social construct” and not real.

Because I was born here and I’m gonna stay here, like it or not.

Your goal to get rid of all us non whites will fail.

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Who besides a tiny minority of people have ever said we want to get rid of non whites? Probably the same amount of non whites that think we should get rid of all whites. Foolish accusation with no merit.

What we don't like is your philosophy, which has nothing to do with your race.

Are people you invite actually invading? We invite them here to drive down wages and to allow our business to avoid taxes. Is that really an invasion?
They are definitely NOT invited.

Not really true. Every company that is willing to hire them is inviting them.
Not when the employee shows up with a valid fucking license and a stolen SSN. Do you want them to scrutinize mexican applicants more than anyone else? Thats the only way youll prevent that from happening, but the left would lose their shit if employers did that, so dont blame employers.

More excuses. This does not work despite the claims by those defending doing nothing about employers. You also do not have a meat packing plant full of illegals without knowing it.

But if excuses are OK, they are for all. If a business doesn't have to care, why should I?
The solution is simple. Require every CITIZEN to have a national ID that cant be easilly counterfeited, then throw any employer in jail who hires an illegal. Easy peasy, except for the fact that democrats will ensure that we never get national IDs. Lefties love illegal votes.

Hmmm.... Not a fan of national ID. We already have one. It's called a social security card. All we need is for the Feds to have a card verifier that employers must check before hiring anyone. If they are caught with employees they haven't verified then they are fined a HEFTY fine that will cause them to lose their business if caught a second time.

Yes, but it's not big enough and not enforced enough and too hard to prove. We can do better

Not enforced enough. If that's the case there is a reason and no reason to believe any new law will be enforce either.

Support cannot be an appropriate signifier because capitalism has no code, only axiomatics, that can be custom-built, just for you. The deterritorialization capital does turns right around and reterritorializes back on itself.

ICE will be waiting too.

Big deal. The employer just hires them back when they return or hires among the next wave.
Thats what the wall is for. The ultimate '"Not Welcomened" sign.

You know that is only an excuse for Trump doing nothing about the problem. As long as the jobs are here they will come.
The wall will stop most of them.
We have a refugee problem on our southern border. Upgrading Ellis Island is more equitable under the common law.
That's too far to walk.

Solve the problem in 2020, vote Trump and his pals.

When considering capitalism, the term "support" is dubious, bringing up the question of patriotism and deterritorializations:

'In taxspeak, Barton was proposing (corporate inversion [italics]). The move to a tax haven required turning inside out the usual structure of an American company with multinational operations. The parent company in the United States would first create a subsidiary in an offshore location, usually Bermuda. Then, in the inversion, the subsidiary was transformed into the corporate parent, making the American company a subsidiary of the new, offshore parent. Under this new structure, what would otherwise be profits in the United States could be siphoned out of the country as tax-deductible payments to the corporate parent....There were rules that prevented every dollar of what would otherwise be profit from being turned into interest payments. The Bermuda parent could impose royalties from the American corporate child for such things as use of the company's name and it logo.
....
Barton said, "There are a lot a big business issues that need to be worked through and that's why it is usually a long process that companies will go through analysis on. Some of the issues right now is patriotism. Is it the right time to be migrating a corporation's headquarters to an offshore location? That said, we are working through a lot of companies right now that it is -- that the improvement on earnings is powerful enough that maybe the patriotism issue needs to take a back seat."

As Barton spoke of profits trumping patriotism, fires were still burning at Ground Zero, where 2,800 Americans had died in the September 11 Al Qaeda attacks that brought down the World Trade Center towers.'
