There is no RIGHT to be in school past 18. School past 18 is not mandatory. If he wants to stay in school, he should be grateful for the opportunity but the school can kick him out any time they want. He's a pornographer. The school cannot be forced to keep him as a student past 18. If they want to expel him for engaging in illegal activity they can and should do so. Pornography is not legal in the US. If ONE frame was filmed before this young man turned 18, it is CHILD pornography. The district attorney should be investigating as to what pornography laws, if any have been broken and arrest everyone involved, if only to cause them a little grief. i agree with you about the mom. i can't imagine any mom having her 18 year old HS kid go into porn. there has to be another way.

I dont see why he should be expelled unless he signed something saying he wouldn't engage in such activity. Unless what he has been doing is illegal. Or unless there is anothe reason they aren't sharing, he should be let back in school and educated so he doesnt have to do such retched job.

I never understood the point of being suspended, expelled sure, but isn't somoene prone to being suspended not enjoying school anyway so that a day off is a good thing?

In this case it's fairly obviously a negative reaction to both it being porn, and gay porn at that. Despite it's vacation appeal, Florida is still very much a deep deep southern state with that whole mentality in action. Attended Naval RTC at Orlando, and returned years later bumming around one summer. It is not a liberal paradise despite the bikinis.
