If you have a contract to work for and organization, and they change organization under new management, you are not indentured to the new organization. You have not studied much Uniform Commercial Code, either. If changing organization, under new name and management, you had better make sure you get needed talent or critical employees to approve and agree to stay or work. Otherwise, you may not have a leg to stand on, as nobody has to work for you just because you take over. And, yes, I made straight "A"s in multiple semesters of Business Law. My instructor is now one of the judges, I mentioned on the thread where you didn't know Tennessee law.
