Tariffs do not have any good solutions but there are some bad ones

And? Are you saying it's a buying opportunity? Some would think so.
I'm going to wait to when it bounces at the bottom a couple of times
before I buy stock. Inflation is coming down, along with gas prices and the cost of
eggs. So life goes on and the tariff thingy will shake things out, ands move forward.
The Trump Hater Cult is obsessed with bashing Trump 24/7. You can just picture them mouths agape scouring the internet for literally anything they can throw at him. SSDD

Well do you want the USA to be tariff free and the rest of the world to keep tariffs on our goods?...
I have not said anything to that effect. The AI information and the video all explain the benefits and negatives of tariffs. In the video, from 9:00 minutes on it clearly states that tariffs are needed and can be applied, if intelligently done. Trump is not being intelligent about how he is doing the tariffs and that will make things worse and not better.

I stated all of this above, but you are so evidently not looking for facts but looking for things to support Trump, that you are lost in your brain (do not use it)

Not necessarily. It's just taking the usual dimocrap stance against America and for anything that hurts us.

The entire dimocrap cabal HATES America. Everything we do is bad. Even when a dimocrap scumbag has the White House, when they control the Senate and the House, their main focus is on "How can we fix (they mean FUCK) America.

We're Racist, misogynist, Homophobic, Transphobic, etc, etc

And That is when THEY have all the power. That is when dimocrap scum are at their best.

At their worst is right now, when they don't have power. Just read what they're saying. It's right in front of you.

dimocrap scum HATE America. I don't see how normies can miss that fact.

I want every normal human being in this Country, no matter who you voted for, to sit home for a week and watch daytime TV. No shit. Do it.

THAT is the dimocrap party. Next time you're sick, next time you hurt yourself at work, get in a fight, fall off a bridge.... Whatev. While you're laying around, watch some daytime TV.

Then you'll understand what we're up against

Funny how your video, supposedly non biased, ignores the massive tariffs on the USA.

Looks like your video is nothing but horse crap.

That was not a Democratic video. It was a video talking about the problems that exist with tariffs. It applies to all countries.

As far as the information given above the video, that is all AI generated and therefore, also not political.
At least you think you're trying to be fair. That's a start

I wrote this yesterday but most dimocrap scum have me on 'ignore'. One reason why they're so irredeemably fucking stupid..... They just won't listen

After WW2, we were about the only major Country that hadn't had its Industrial Base bombed to rubble.

Germany, France, Britain, Japan, Russia, Italy and many more. Many

So we allowed them to almost, essentially, to not-quite-block our goods coming in for a time, then hit them hard with tariffs. If they hadn't, they would have never been able to build their industries back. So we not only allowed them to throttle our exports, we encouraged it. This also contributed a great deal to the major pollution problems of the 70's, 80's and 90's. We could make anything and somebody, somewhere would buy it.

No more. The Chinese have that market covered

All this is above my pay grade but I do understand the concept. Barely :)

The problem is/was, that all these countries got accustomed to smacking our exports around. And we got accustomed to not competing. Cars, for example. GM (BFF's with the DNC) was a major factor in America making the biggest piles of shit in the world for 30 years. Another topic for another time.

But the tariffs that OMB has declared War on? They're outdated. We wanted those countries to get up to speed and compete on an equal footing. But now, they are using the tariffs to get one-up on us.

That needs to change. Or -- We can have a Trade War and we'll see how that works out.

Tariffs will be a short-term pain for a long-term gain
I totally agree with you but the problem is that Trump is an idiot and totally incompetent and he is going to the extremes and that will not help. It will make it worse.

The key issue is not tariffs, but the application of them by Trump. No Republican seems to understand that.

Translation.......Everyone is crazy except for me.

There may be more downward trends, but, Company earnings are still strong and inflation is
starting to move down. The tariffs may pressure the market temporarily, but in the long game
the market will continue to rise. Are you a day trader? Must really suck if you are.
Things aren't as dire as the left wants them to be.

David Solomon:

Goldman Sachs CEO David Solomon revealed the business community's true thoughts on President Donald Trump's tariffs early Wednesday, telling FOX Business' Maria Bartiromo that, while members of the community want "lower tariffs everywhere," they understand Trump's intentions.

"I think the business community understands what the president is trying to do with… tariffs. The business community is always going to want lower tariffs everywhere… in the world," he said in an exclusive interview on "Mornings with Maria."
_______________
Solomon, on Wednesday, responding to questions about mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and IPOs in light of the current economy, said activity levels are "slightly better" than they have been over the last 24 months.

"There's still an enormous amount of pent-up demand both for capital markets activity and M&A activity," he said.

"I would say, at this moment, the level of uncertainty is a little bit higher, and that has kept some possible transactions on the sidelines, but the overall level of dialogue, as people are thinking strategically about where they want to drive their businesses, is certainly increasing."

Solomon said he expects a pickup in activity across both the capital markets and M&A as the year progresses.

Well, thankfully, we have you to tell one of the most successful businessmen in the Country (that was educated at Wharton School of Finance) where he's going wrong.

I feel so much safer now. :auiqs.jpg:

Other nations charge us to ship our goods into their countries... should we not do the same?... its a simple question... if you think we shouldn't have tariffs but they can just say so.....

They are talking facts. No bias involved.
Yes, after I invested the time to listen to the whole video I agree with some of the points

The person is correct that the tariffs are confusing and introduce uncertainty into the market

I hope trump knows what he’s doing, but its not entirely clear to me, especially when I have to argue with the knee jerk trump haters

Give a check mark to the trump haters on that

And the tariffs will raise prices to US consumers, which is only half bad if they cause America to produce more in America

Pharmaceuticals would be a good place to start there

What trump should have done in my opinion, with my limited knowledge of tariffs, is go after china and only china

The trade deficits we have with our friends and neighbors can and should be dealt with at a later date

Our goal should be to hurt china, not Australia or Canada

One of the most successful ones? are you kidding me?

Bloomberg, Gates, Zuckerberg, and Musk are successful businessmen...............Not Trump.

He started with more money in his pocket than any of the above and he has accomplished huge amounts less than anyone of them. Bloomberg is the least of these 4 and he has 50 times more net worth than Trump.

If Trump has blindly put the money his father gave him into the SPX index and done NOTHING with it, he would have made 5 times more than he made with all of his investments.

You call that being a successful businessman?
