If that particular ethnic group happens to commit fewer crimes (as a percentage of its population within the society) than some other ethnic group(s), the solution to this "inequity" is to randomly arrest members of that ethnic community (probable cause be damned!) until the numbers stop showing such a skew.

You are using the wrong figures. Asians are 4.8% of the total US population but 1.6% of the total prison population. Not 1.6% of the total Asian population. No wonder they are trouncing us at every turn.

Yep....I see this when certain types of people complain about autos with Japanese or Korean manufacturer nameplates....These people, mainly unionists and ignorant Caucasians from rural areas, call for trade barriers and other punitive measures.

It should be sarcasm, but this is a very real controversy in the UC system between UC Irvine which is mostly Asian and white, and UC Riverside which is mostly Hispanic and Black.
