Well Fla-Cal-Tenn is NOT responsible if my name is still on some moldy voter rolls in Florida or California. I was NOT REQUIRED to inform either state that I was leaving. This is part of the issue. And the OP is playing right into the hands of folks pointing the HUGE ineptness and incompetence of govt to protect voting integrity.
There is no fucking reason why every county registrar doesn't POLL the entire the voting roll with a questionaire every 3 or 4 years. And REQUIRE folks to update and respond. Except that SOME FOLKS - are opposed to keeping election rolls tidy and accurate. And PREFER the chaos of questions like the one in this OP.
