This is what President Biden says.

The claim is that our judicial system is racist. But just about every major city in the US is run by the Democratic Party:

LA
NYC
Philly
Minneapolis
Miami
Boston
Baltimore
Houston
San Francisco
Chicago
St. Louis

To name a few. Joe Biden has been a career politician for 50+ years and served two terms as the VP to America's first black President. Kamala Harris was a DA in SF before moving to the Senate. If the Democratic Party controls the legislative arms of the cities and appoints the judges and oversees the mayors who oversee police chiefs and such then should the Democratic Party blame itself if indeed their accusation is true and America is systemically racist, more specifically the justice system?

To me the country is NOT systemically racist. It is easy to trash America but live elsewhere and see how you like it....

So please opine....Is America Systemically racist and if so, who is to blame?

Every day, 330 million people from hundreds of ethnicities work, play, and travel together in peace.

The fascists, the democrats, use any and every form of division to gain power for their totalitarian Reich. But to claim that America racist at all, much less systemically racist, is the level of "Big Lie" that the Nazi democrats depend on.

The Democrats already get about 95% of the African American votes.
How much more do they think that they can get.
They are causing racial violence with their relentless racist demagoguery.
Progressives have no shame because they have no conscience.

Racism is Dems cover for pocketing and diverting all the war on poverty money away from the poor. It's not that Dems stole all the money it's 'racism' riiiiiiight. Follow the money people, it flows into the politicians pockets and to their favored donors the poor see little of the money allocated to the poor.

You just named the biggest cities, republicans don't want them, they are too diversified.

Joe Biden was not alone in the congress, 1 out of a 100. You are afraid for nothing.

So... you didn't comment on all those cities being absolute SHIT HOLES run by DEMOCRATS.

Did you miss that?

I don't think our judicial system is so much systemically racist as it is bias to the more wealthy. Those that can pay for a good lawyer and for more lawyer time will fare much better in court than someone that is forced to rely on a public defender payed by the state. The public defender in most cases will give minimum time and effort to a defendant's case.

Of course this will make the system appear to by systemically racist because a higher percentage of blacks rely on public defenders; however, correlation is not causation.

Why is it the most racist in municipalities where Dems have been in charge for generations?

If they don't want them why do they campaign to win them?

Yes we have residual systemic racism. I think it is getting less and less with each generation. I blame the Europeans and the fact that farming was very labor intensive. Not really a thing you can blame on current political parties.

Joe Biden is the system. Like you said, 50 years and racism is still the system that works best for democrats

It was starting to become less for some time but that was presenting a problem for Democrats. They need to find ways to get people judging each other by how they look, so we have things now like critical race theory being fed to kids before they can experience the world and relate with other people.

Thank you for your thoughtful response.

The United States is like a basket of marbles. They work, play and travel along side one another but not really together, except on TV shows and in the movies. Social groupings still gravitate to their own. As Martin Luther King Jr said, Sunday church service is the most segregated event in the country.

It's natural and right.
