The assertion that no laws discriminate against transgender people is inaccurate; while federal courts have interpreted certain existing laws, such as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, to protect transgender people from discrimination, many state and local laws explicitly permit such discrimination. For instance, some states have enacted laws that restrict transgender individuals' rights in areas like sports, healthcare, and public accommodations. The Bostock v. Clayton County Supreme Court decision in 2020 found that discrimination based on gender identity is a form of sex discrimination, providing federal protection against workplace discrimination. However, the extent of these protections can vary significantly by location, with some jurisdictions enacting protective measures while others have passed laws that specifically target and discriminate against transgender individuals.
So you support a man who says he's a woman competing with a woman in college wrestling?

You mean to say that Carnegie Endowment Org is a biased to the left organization? that is where one of these graphs showing the far right political violence numbers came from

The Rise in Political Violence in the United States and Damage to Our Democracy

and the one I presented in the OP comes from John Hopkins University.

You really have a problem with data, statistics and facts, don't you?

In addition, you never provide data, statistics and facts that support your beliefs! You only offer your own views on it! Like if you are an expert and make it a goal to get the information on any of this

You are a bullshit artist that is ignorant to boot.
Your graph ends right when the left wing political violence begins. It is BS

I support their right to exist just like yers...Does that make me a supporter of yer side?
You ***** think you can pick and choose who gets their rights in this nation.
Bullshit. Who are the ***** that came up with hate crimes and hate speech and decided not to apply it with any consistency?

This is 100% BS. How many cities did the left burn after Trump was elected after George Floyd Travon Martin and Michael Brown. Looting and violence went on for months. Then we have 2 attempts at Trump Kirk murdered and 7 trans mass shooter attacks on schools. It isn't even close. Your graph is BS
If that graph was compiled by a university they are truly liars and enemies of the state. 100% bullshit

10 Political Violence Experts on What Comes Next for America

Is America trapped in a cycle of political violence? It certainly feels like it. In the span of just over a year, the U.S. has seen assassination attempts, some successful, against President Donald Trump, lawmakers from Minnesota and their spouses, the CEO of UnitedHealth and most recently, Charlie Kirk, a conservative activist and close Trump ally who was shot dead on Wednesday during an event at Utah Valley University. These attacks seemingly know no political or geographical bounds: They happen to figures on the left and right, in cities and states all across the country, both in private residences and in public spaces.

The root of much of the rise in political violence is the media. The advent of Television opened the door to information reaching the public in a bigger way but the real culprits for the strong rise in the strength of political biases (which lead to violence) are the biased and extreme political views seen in social media (Tik-Tok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), which allow all people to make their voices heard to thousands of others, and the news media, which allows biased political views to be part of the news (such as with FOX and MSNBC).

Social Media Effects: Hijacking Democracy and Civility in Civic Engagement

Perceived as an equalizing force for disenfranchised individuals without a voice, the importance of social networks as agents of change cannot be ignored. However, in some societies, social networks have evolved into a platform for fake news and propaganda, empowering disruptive voices, ideologies, and messages. Social networks such as Twitter, Facebook, and Google hold the potential to alter civic engagement, thus essentially hijacking democracy, by influencing individuals toward a particular way of thinking.

What’s Driving Political Violence in America?

New research explores why political violence is rising—and what we can do to stop it.

The attempted assassination of Donald Trump highlights a terrible truth: Political violence and support for political violence have been rising in the United States. Trump himself may bear much of the responsibility for this trend. His entry into American politics triggered a sharp rise in violent rhetoric, which seems to have led inexorably toward violent actions. Acts of stochastic terrorism—that is, violence by individuals operating outside of any organization—have proliferated, with the attempted killing of Trump only the latest example. In fact, threats against lawmakers grew ten-fold since 2016. That trend crystallized on January 6, 2021, when Trump raised a mob of protesters who attacked the U.S. Capitol in an effort to stop certification of Joe Biden as president. Five people died that day, and four responding police officers committed suicide within seven months of the attack.

Having said all of the above, this extreme rise in political rhetoric began in 2008 with the election of a Black President (Obama), which caused a rise in racism to bloom. In addition, it is also the fact that both parties have allowed the extremes of their parties to gain a big voice. This is more true with the Right, but the left has seen some of this as well:

In addition, Trump has also been a strong reason for the increase of political violence, given that much of what he has done is bring hate, revenge, retribution and extreme views on issues where compromise is not possible. All of that causes people to get angry, frustrated, and immovable in their views.

Donald Trump and the Rise of Political Violence

Critics argue that Trump has helped fuel this collapse. Political scientists analyzing his speeches from 2015 to 2024 found a sharp rise in violent vocabulary—from 0.6% in 2016 to 1.6% in 2024, surpassing nearly all other democratic politicians and approaching the levels seen in authoritarian regimes. In March 2024, Trump warned of a “bloodbath for the country” if he wasn’t reelected. Such language, while galvanizing to some, has been condemned by others as dangerously incendiary.

This graph shows that the facts shown above are true.

Lol..Ever hear of 1/6, ya Bozo?
I certainly have. It was a protest that got out of hand, fueled by feds in the crowd and Pelosi's refusal to adequately staff the security. No one was shot or killed by the protesters. GFY with your false equivalency, ya bozo.

Here is background info on the source of the above fascist lies,

She is a raging leftist operative, devoted to the progressive left, and as you can ascertain for selves, a professional globalist liar!

you are not good for anything else, right?
I kind of learned this from Progressives some years ago. Republicans act like Mayberry RFD and Progressives act like American Horror Story. So, over the years and decades you slowly took control of the major machinations of our society. Western Europe, Canada, Australia and New Zealand are much further along in the movement to Progressive socialism and eventually Communism. China may be the model of what civilization may move to. Strong central Communist government with Capitalistic manufacturing and production. Unions will be eventually minimized or else. Each according to ability, each according to need. Except for the people at the top in all ways. There will be no shortage of peasants in uniforms killing peasants without uniforms for disobeying the all-powerful state.

The reality of the situation is that all people (and all parties) have good things and bad things, ESPECIALLY when the extremists are in control. Since 2008, the extreme right has been in control. At no time has the extreme left been in control.

You can successfully show me examples that support your views (given that one can always find things to support one's views) but the Right is doing more harm than the left, given that they can get things done and the right can't.

So a liberal. That's what I thought, thanks.
what does studying violence have to do with being conservative or liberal? are you saying that the conservatives have no interest in understanding crime?

Here is background info on the source of the above fascist lies,

First of all, I researched the media bias on Carnegie and they are center leaning left and NOT the RAGING leftist operatives.

Second of all, what to crime statistics have to do with political leanings? If you do not have the statistics in your favor, you do not have a leg to stand on.

As such, stop using words to prove your point! Show me the statistics that point to more increase of political crime on the left than on the right!

Bottom line, you will find that the HUGE increase in mass murders over the past 17 years comes "more" from political murderers that favor the right than those that favor the left. Proven fact!

Prove it with data and statistics, if you are so sure of your opinion. It should be easy to do that, if the facts prove your point!
