I just think we may be selling McCain out too soon. He is known as the "come back kid" you know. And don't underestimate the Bradley effect. There are lots of hidden racist out there that will be unable to pull the lever for a black man, although all polling shows they will.

The Supreme Court only ruled that the RNC had no legal standing to file this suit. It did NOT rule on whether the Ohio Sec'y of State was in violation of federal election law as the Federal Appeals Court said she was. It now has to be filed with the state supreme court where the Ohio Republican Party does have legal standing.

Of course Democrats will fight that case as well since Democrats love the idea of having at least 200,000 fraudulent Democrat votes in the election. After all, Bush won Ohio in 2000 and 2004 by just about 200,000 votes.

You're confusing fraudulent voter registration, with fraudulent voting.

They're not the same. Any shmuck who's getting paid by the number of registration cards he turns in, might be tempted to write Bogus names on a few and turn them in for cash. That doesn't mean anyone actually is using that registration card to vote. Usually they just make up fake names and addresses, is what I understand. Shit happens, some people do shitty things for a fast buck. The fact is ACORN tagged the ones that looked suspect, and turned them into the state as required by law.

If you have any actual proof of anymore than a tiny handful of people actually voting ever fradulently for Obama or Kerry, please post it.

No liberal here but it is obvious that the GOP is doing everything it can to keep newly registered Democrats away from the polls. There is no swift boat this year so they need something!
