The problem with redistributing those minority voters is that they just make other districts more competitive. And with large chunks of white moderate voters jumping off the Trump train, this probably won't be good for you.

Its too soon to tell how many new seats in the House that represents

You need a reading comprehension class if that is what you think the SC ruling has said.

The Supreme Court has ruled that partisan based gerrymandering is fully legal, as long as it isn't race based. Race based gerrymandering is still illegal, but now Republicans will simply claim that it's partisan based instead.

If this strategy succeeds, your Constitution is over and done with. You're hanging by a thread now.
