This is the case where the judge specifically ruled the plaintiffs did have standing, but then ruled "This Court has allowed plaintiff the chance to make his case and he has lost on the merits." That caused all the Trump cultists to reverse reality and say that none of the cases were decided on the merits.

The judge did specifically address the claim that only state legislatures can change election law. He pointed out that since the state legislature had specificially granted election officials the power to change election law, the claim was kind of insane.
