All the article (which was published on Nov. 7, 2020) says is that immediately after the election, Georgia election officials found some issue, investigated them and corrected them. Joe Biden still won by more than 12,000 votes.

It also says that it's seems likely that around 20,000 Republicans did not vote because Trump told them that the mail-in voting was a fraud. Trump can only blame himself for having lost the election in Georgia.
