The pain stopped for 12 hours
All of sudden I had this crazy burning feeling in my upper stomach for 30 min. Very painful

Dude listen to me and listen carefully, I am not even kidding about this. You should go to the doctor or at least see if there is an imaging place that will take a look at your abdominal aorta to screen it. You could be having issues with your abdominal aorta. The only way they can find AAA's is usually by accident on imaging because their symptoms can be so generic until it is too late unless you get screened for one routinely. Some imaging places sell package deals where they will check it and the arteries in your neck for built-up gunk. You could bleed to death internally in a matter of minutes if it is and it ruptures. On the plus side, I have heard doctors consider it one of the most relatively painless ways to die. Google the symptoms for a AAA and see if you are having an of the others.

Yes , could be alcoholic poisoning as well .
Possibly the strain of all this new sex plus getting blind drunk are not good ideas .

The AAA and their stumbling 12 Step programme will be too slow for this guy who is in obvious dead (!) trouble
