It is Senate Republicans who are blocking a stimulus bill. Trump needs to pressure Senate Republicans.

Yeah but the payroll tax break is basically only a 6 month interest free loan. You have to pay it back. It's nothing like real stimulus, and to be honest, how many people are going to be able to live off their checks when the extra amount starts coming out if they already live paycheck to paycheck like so many do?
