We can work this out ourselves. We don't need government mandates.

The emergency is over. We utterly failed at shutting down covid. We need to recognize that fact and move on. We have a new disease to deal with and we can deal with it without getting the police involved (ie without bunch of authoritarian laws dictating how we deal with it.

I'm worried that COVID is going to play out like the GWOT bullshit - another temporary excuse for permanently undermining freedom.
