Farmers get hundreds of thousands of dollars for failing at their jobs and you're fine all because you like who they vote for.

All the convenience stores where I live have signs to send money abroad from right there. Not being critical but I don't see how this will be carried out.

Thats before prepaid credit cards where foreigners can charge "payments" abroad against it.
