Why aren't there the same number of hot dogs in a pack of hot dogs as there are hot dog buns in a pack of hot dog buns? Why the difference? It drives me nuts...

I believe the answer to that is simple.

You see, if you are buying hot dogs and they come ten to a pack and the buns come 6 to a pack then you need to buy 2 packs of buns in order to have enough for all the hot dogs... thus Wonder or whoever produces the buns doubles their profit every time you want to eat hot dogs.
