In the US, EV's make up 2% of vehicles on the road. Only a progressive gets giddy.
Americans don't want EV's.

It takes more electricity to make the fossil fuel to drive a vehicle that same distance then an EV goes on electricity. Wtf do we use fossil fuel. Even Exxon is going to renewables to make electricity to refine their products. Fossil fuels are so inefficient and cost so much TO MAKE, they aren’t worth the expense….moron.

That's why they don't use fossil fuels in subways.

Without carrying around the massive batteries they would need means they are more efficient.

Why is China opening 2-3 coal plants every single month since 2017 and will continue to do so for 7 more years. India....1-2 coal plants/month.
