So, What Was The Bottom Line To The Chat Group Security Flub?

He could have alerted the white house instead of going public
I mean, if he wanted to keep the truth from the American people and help the administration I guess.

But journalists aren’t in the business because they don’t think Americans deserve to know what our government is doing.

You really are an authoritarian at heart.

So if Goldberg buried this story, only for it to come out later, you of course, would never ever call this a cover up, would you, despite it being exactly that!

Goldberg should have notified someone in the 2 days between when he was added and the chat started, or left the group voluntarily and still notified them. Why didn't he if he suspected that he was added where he wasn't supposed to be. I'm sure it was a complete coincidence that this asshat was added. Both Obama and Biden admins used Signal, no one on the left seemed to have a problem with it then, imagine that. This is all about 'get Trump' and making a mountain out of molehill, but without any majority, you guys can go pound sand.

Given the information no longer presented a threat to the operation, and given the Trump administration was blatantly lying about it, they made a judgement call.
Goldberg is hoping for a Pulitzer

At the very least, I think he doesn’t appreciate the Trump administration smearing him and calling him a liar when he could easily confirm the story as he did.

He confirmed it by releasing what you call classified documents to the enemy

And thanks for confirming that his reputation was more important yo him than national security

Journalists release classified information all the time.

If you’re admitting it was classified, then you’re admitting that Hegseth was mishandling it and should be investigated.

Journalists release classified information all the time.
Only if its been declassified

You cant have this both ways

The Trump chats participants released nothing to the enemy but Goldberg did

NOPE!

There’s nothing illegal or all together unusual about journalists publishing classified information.
Bullshit

The journalist is the only person providing aid and comfort to the Houthi Tooties

Hilarious that Goldberg is now the target of the Trumpers

Newsflash… these sloppy incompetent morons INVITED him to be on that chat and none of them noticed that a REPORTER was on the chat

Virtually all of those cretins need to resign

And how did the release of the information aid and comfort the Houthis?
You tell me since your think the chat group did it first

Which is didnt

The Houthies knew nothing till Goldberg put in his bid for a Pulitzer

Releasing the information before the strike certainly would have been damaging.

But he didn’t do that.

Are you just trolling? This seems pretty obvious to a rational perso.

The only person who released transcripts that you consider classified was Goldberg

Hegseth put that information on an unclassified system but you have no problems with that.

Hegseth said that was grounds for immediate dismissal. I guess that was just bullshit.
