So California is on fire again...

Well, call me crazy but it seems that homelessness should be a crime. What if we find out that one of or all the recent fires were started by the homeless?

Almost 14,000 fires were caused by the homeless in one yesr in Los Angele

There are people dying in the fires caused by the homeless. Newscum and all the politicians are aware.

The governor of California should be charged. This is reckleds endangerment
There were 13,909 homeless fires in Los Angeles in 2023, almost double the number of such fires in 2020, according to LAFD data.
"People are literally dying in the streets, in tents burning down around them," said Levi Freeman.

He and other residents have been emailing Mayor Karen Bass, Gov. Gavin Newsom and their City Councilman Hugo Soto-Martinez, saying the increase in tents fires is an "absolute crisis" and urging them remove tents from the sidewalks.
Democrats simply deny the problem exists and they lie about the problem.
I don't trust the democrats to tell us the truth about how this fire started.

Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass and California Gov. Gavin Newsom are now under pressure to not only reopen the section of Interstate 10 as fast as possible, but to find out who started the fire and what oversight the state had on the property. Bass has warned repeatedly against assumptions that homeless residents started the blaze, but that hasn't stopped speculation and blame.

Maybe it's time to review the rights and responsibilities of state vs. federal authorities. It is increasingly obvious that states and cities are more and more focusing their tax supported efforts to address bullshit social engineering and buy-votes programs and ignore real problems in their areas. Flooding, drought, crime, fires, social unrest, any unpopular problem that should be addressed locally is ignored and put in Uncle Sugar's lap to fix. This would be called a fund multiplier in the military. It doesn't have to be that way, but it is and we keep supporting it. Piss poor management because the governor is catering to those billionaires who like the view and ambiance like it is, but it seems to be allowable in some places. You saw what happened in Maui. Sort of like your doctor ignoring your swollen leg until it doesn't work any more and he sends you to the emergency room and they cut it off.

It is the president's job to protect the American people. Even more so when it is the democrat political party hurting us

It's because those in local and main government are not held accountable.

That doesn't absolve responsibility of local governments at all. It shouldn't be used as a budgeting and planning tool. You have to know the difference between a safety net and a trampoline.

Make life affordable,.i.e stop speding, expanding government and driving up inflation. California is like Ontario it seems, destined for ruin.

They expanded the size of the los angeles fire department's management, offices of diversity, and 2 or three other non fire related woke-off8ces.

In the good old days they used to "drown "these people every night in the early hours -- hoses on council lorries . Paris from memory .

Much more likely that these CA ones were started deliberately by our Deep friends using Direct Energy strikes , as they did in Maui .
Evidence to follow .

And what did they do to guys like you in the good old days?

Playing with fire, my parents would literally beat me with a belt. Aside from that I grew up in Michigan. We found fields where we had fires. Everything was green so there was no worry.

Southern California is dry.
I was talking to the fascist Luiza

PG&E is belly up and the term maintenance doesn´t exist in their philosophy. Every now and then the wind causes a tree to fall against a power line and it takes the rotten western-times power poles with it. The sparks then ignite the whole state.
the whole state?.....lol....were i lived i never saw a Forrest fire.....i wonder why?....

The state does not have a chance

First of all is that a news story or a campaign ad for Newsom's re-election?

Good news? Not to me, it isn't. Once again the American people will bail out a failed blue city. Once again, the leaders that failed that city will take credit for this forced largess by taxpayers.

Newsom has spent his political career pandering to the furthest left of his Hollwood donors instead of paying attention to the needs of Californians. The hydrants were empty because he did not care about them. Not as much as he cared about some obscure fish in streams. The forest were poorly managed because part of the religion of Hollywood is a form of tree worship that holds them as sacred as any cow in India.

We have way more forest area surrounding the Houston area, even within Harris County, but we dont' catch fire like that.

I have sympathy for the upper-middle class of California who lost their beautiful homes. No doubt they earned their money and this is devastated. By my sympathy is tempered by the fact that they did not bother to research or even listen to opposing views who have been warning about this for decades.

They chose their ignorance, but now we will see if they are capable of learning.
