It's been my experience that people that think and talk like you are people that never took any financial risks in their life. You go to work everyday, get your paycheck at the end of the week, pay your bills, and keep what's leftover. You have a 400 channel cable or satellite service on your television, blow hundreds of dollars on your family cell phone plan, maybe have a couple of the newest video game systems, take out of town vacations at least once a year, and lease your car so you get a new one every five years.

Trying to gain wealth requires a lot of work and a lot of sacrifice. You have to start out young and be able to resist buying anything you don't absolutely have to have. You have to avoid using credit where you pay interest. You even have to give up having children and a family. You need to focus taking every dollar you have and trying to make it grow. You have to study investment strategies like real estate, the stock market, commodities, or even starting your own business. You may even invest in college so you can earn a larger paycheck.

Would that make you wealthy? Who knows, but you'll never be wealthy running to the Apple store and buying the newest I-phone as soon as it comes out.

I made a lot of mistakes in life. I like my computer, my internet, all my technology that I pay for with the money I earn from working. But I did that to myself. I could have given up most of those things and took a shot at becoming wealthy myself. I believe I could have done it too.
