So the jury members are saying Smollette was definitely guilty of all 6 charges but purposefully decided to withhold a guilty verdict on the 6th charge 'to do Him a favor'.

Does that qualify as 'Jury Mis-Conduct'?

And smug asshole Smollett is still claiming he is 100% innocent. His ass needs to go to jail for a while to teach jis ass a lesson and a little humility.

Nope. Simply jury nullification. It just wasn't as effective as the OJ trial.

Sounds like a set up to claim a mistrial, and let him go free completely.

Jury nullification. That's the kind of thing that would give the state grounds to appeal the verdict on that particular count, if they were so inclined, which they most certainly are not.

Not a basis for Smollet to appeal.
