SCOTUS says the president is immune so you’re out of luck. There was no way for Biden to be found guilty of treason so technically Charlie Kirk was hoping for the illegal death of Biden.

Well it isn't like social media is at all private. And when you have people making outrageous, unAmerican, hateful, etc. statements, those get reposted over and over and over and are featured on message boards like USMB etc.

Excellent question. It isn't difficult to think that somebody evil/hateful enough to celebrate the assassination/murder of an innocent citizen might think that kind of activity is okay and a good thing? And deserves extra scrutiny?
