According to MS presstitutes Dr Mercola is the villain # 3 of the planet ( After Hitler and Putin of course )
His crime he denies 'vaccination' against CONvid-1984 SCAMdemic and calls it BS

How to stop Fauci Flu?

1. Follow advises of Dr Mercola
2. Don't make any fake tests
3. Put the 'vaccine' back to the doctor's ass
4. Honey, garlic, onion & a gulp of bourbon stops seasonal flu renamed as CONvid-1984 ( aka Fauci Flu)

The exam takes less than five minutes, but if it's done within 24 hours of a COVID diagnosis, it's virtually certain you won't need to be hospitalized. Why weren't you told?

HISTORY AT A GLANCE

Flushing your nasal passages with saline within 24 hours of a COVID-19 diagnosis can reduce your risk of needing to go to the hospital by 8.5 times.
Of people with COVID-19 who used a twice-daily nasal rinse, 80% had no symptoms or only mild symptoms, compared with 42% of those who rinsed less often.
Only 13% of those who used nasal irrigation still had symptoms on day 28, compared with nearly 50% of those in another study
Other research also supports the use of nasal rinses as a "useful adjunct to first-line treatments for COVID-19."
Nebulized hydrogen peroxide diluted with saline, with or without iodine, can also be safely used by most people to prevent respiratory infections - and in the event of an active infection
Flushing your nasal passages with a saline solution within 24 hours of a COVID-19 diagnosis can reduce your risk of being hospitalized by 8.5 times. Why didn't your doctor tell you about this? And why haven't health officials told the public the good news that they can significantly reduce their risk of severe COVID-19 disease with a simple nasal rinse?

The virtually free solution is just too cheap. Unlike Pfizer's paxlovide, which received emergency approval in December 2021 for the treatment of mild to moderate COVID-19 and is expected to generate $22 billion in profits for the company by 20223, there is little money to be made in promoting the old practice of nasal rinsing.

If the benefits of nasal irrigation are confirmed, widespread use could drastically change the course of the pandemic and make the entire pandemic response completely unnecessary.

Simple way to reduce your risk of COVID hospitalization.

Nasal irrigation, sometimes referred to as nasal rinsing, is a relatively popular method of relieving cold symptoms, often performed with the use of a nasal douche. However, this is an ancient technique that has its roots in the traditional Indian health care system.

Saline irrigation of the nasal passages is used in traditional yoga practice, where it is known as jala-neti. In this practice, a saline solution is used in a teapot-like device to flush out the nose and sinuses. After the end of the teapot is inserted into one side of the nose, the solution flows through the sinuses and out the other nostril. A ball syringe or squeeze bottle can also be used.

In the U.S., nasal irrigation remains an adjunctive therapy for upper respiratory diseases and is currently prescribed after surgery to the nose and sinuses. The featured study, published in August 2022 in the journal Ear, Nose & Throat, included 79 participants aged 55 and older who had been diagnosed with COVID-19.

They were randomly assigned to either rinse with half a teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate (alkalizing) isotonic normal saline (0.9% saline) twice daily for 14 days or to take 2.5 milliliters (about half a teaspoon) of povidone-iodine solution (PVP-I) 10% (antimicrobial) during the same period. The researchers then observed each group 14 days after the last intervention.

Those who used nasal irrigation were 8.5 times less likely to be hospitalized than the national rate, the study found. A dose-response relationship was also found. Of those who flushed twice daily, 80% had no symptom or only a mild symptom, compared with 42% of those who flushed less frequently.

In addition, only 13% of those who used the nasal rinse still had symptoms on day 28, compared with nearly 50% of those in another study in whom symptoms lasted 21 days or longer, the researchers said:

I'm supposed to washout my nose every day because of my hyper-allergies.
I don't do it every day, I'm just too lazy.
But it does help.

For COVID, I've been on prescription Vit D for years before COVID hit, as my body burns the stuff off daily.
When COVID first hit, doctors were saying that Vit D kills the COVID virus......before the were all threatened with death by the NaziKarens to sell their "KoolAid" to the masses.

I have never contracted it.

Gargling with saltwater was advised in the 1918 Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA).
