Here is the definition of psychosis from Wiki:

Psychosis is an abnormal condition of the mind that results in difficulties determining what is real and what is not real.[4] Symptoms may include delusions and hallucinations.[4] Other symptoms may include incoherent speech and behavior that is inappropriate for the situation.[4]

Psychosis may involve delusional beliefs. A delusion is commonly defined as an unrelenting sense of certainty maintained despite strong contradictory evidence.

I mean those of us who have read Trumpist posts concerning election fraud recognize the delusion, the incoherence and the inability of Trumpers to differentiate between fact and fiction.

Should this Trumpist obsession with the lie of voter fraud be considered a psychosis?

or this; Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a mental health condition that's triggered by a terrifying event — either experiencing it or witnessing it. Symptoms may include flashbacks, nightmares and severe anxiety, as well as uncontrollable thoughts about the event.

Only your pathetic attempts still trying to deny it happened.
Yet, not a single court found evidence of widespread voter fraud; and yet, Trump’s own DHS and DOJ found no evidence of voter fraud and as a matter of fact, his own cyber-security department called to the 2020 election the most secure in history.

As I posed, Should Trumpist obsession with the voter fraud lie be classified a psychosis?

It’s a variation on a long-running conservative theme to sow discord and confusion with misinformation, fake news, and lies.

Trump supporters, conservatives, Republicans, and others on the right know there was no ‘fraud’ or ‘cheating.’

They propagate the election fraud lie in an effort discredit Biden’s victory and delegitimize Biden’s presidency.

Expect the lie that Biden is not the legitimate president to be endlessly repeated over at least the next four years.

Here’s the thing, I agree with you. However, I believe that Trumpers are schizophrenic on election fraud. On one hand they have their doubts on the election fraud lie and are just being polemical, on the other hand, they have totally convinced themselves that election fraud is real despite all contrary information. This condition is also a psychosis.

This definition classifies delusional disorder as a type of psychosis.

What is delusional disorder?

Delusional disorder, previously called paranoid disorder, is a type of serious mental illness — called a “psychosis”— in which a person cannot tell what is real from what is imagined. The main feature of this disorder is the presence of delusions, which are unshakable beliefs in something untrue. People with delusional disorder experience non-bizarre delusions, which involve situations that could occur in real life, such as being followed, poisoned, deceived, conspired against, or loved from a distance. These delusions usually involve the misinterpretation of perceptions or experiences. In reality, however, the situations are either not true at all or highly exaggerated.

People with delusional disorder often can continue to socialize and function quite normally, apart from the subject of their delusion, and generally do not behave in an obviously odd or bizarre manner. This is unlike people with other psychotic disorders, who also might have delusions as a symptom of their disorder. In some cases, however, people with delusional disorder might become so preoccupied with their delusions that their lives are disrupted.

Yes, their desire to disrupt and undermine the political process is a kind of psychosis; that and blind partisanism conjoined with their ongoing efforts to maintain minority rule.

And the cult-like devotion to Trump must be a form of mental illness – there’s no other explanation for their unwarranted support for someone so reprehensible, wrong, and unfit to be president as Trump.

But make no mistake – there’s a method to the right’s madness, it would be disastrous to underestimate conservatives and their motives; Republicans will win both races in Georgia next month, control half of the Federal government, and continue to control most state governments.

Do you understand election rules are to be determined by state legislatures within states? Democrats basically sanctioned cheating by changing the rules. You cant have evidence of cheating if there are no rules, but this disenfranchises millions of Americans who voted the right way.
Why do you choose to be a shill for Clintons and Bidens? you dont think they have enough money yet?

Taking legal recourse is not undermining the process. Squelching all political opposition as done by the Democrat establishment is.

If you weren’t beside yourself out of your mind insane with prison-lust to incarcerate political dissidents and targeted individuals in mental hospitals, psychatric wards, and insane asylums, that would be one thing -- or else the first place to look for delusions like that would be the local marijuana dispensary -- except it’s generally Democrats who smoke weed and give themselves over to psychotic delusions of paranoia, rather than Republicans, conservatives or libertarians.

Do you understand election rules are to be determined by state legislatures within states?

And by courts, election committees, governors, and state constitutions. That's what every court and common sense says. The founders, not expecting a party to go as treasonous as the Republicans are now, did not see the need to spell out every single obvious thing in the Constitution in minute detail.

According to your big lie, if a state legislature decrees that "The Republican candidate wins every election, no matter what the votes are", then that stands, no matter if the governor vetoes it, it violates the state constitution, and all the courts strike it down. The absurdity of that illustrates how delusional and corrupt your interpretation is.

And you actually understand how delusional and corrupt your interpretation is. You just don't care. The party has ordered you to be a cheating traitor, and you always obey TheParty. The BigLie supports your corruption, so you love the BigLie.

Your pretty crazy. All I'm saying is that its the state legislature that determines the voting rules before hand. Your corrupt scumbag masters want to come in and change things up last minute where ballots without signatures or ones that dont match can be accepted.
Dont worry. I know with you guys it was all about getting rid of Trump. You thought you were getting rid of adolf hitler so cheating and following the rules didnt matter.
