I didn’t blame the business visas, I blamed the scumbag named Reagan for causing the death of the American Dream.
Trump ran an anti-Reagan campaign without mentioning Reagan’s name.
I don’t forgive either Wall Street or Reagan for the eventual collapse of the US.

Reagan okayed the importation of Mexican strike breakers for the meat packers monopoly. Wages and bennies dropped by 60% in those plants, yet wholesale meat and poultry prices not only didn't drop they skyrocketed. His union busting didn't lower the costs of anything, he just allowed oligarchies to form in nearly every industry and promoted out-sourcing and labor racketeering overseas in dictatorships. He was also raised taxes 8 times, and sicced the IRS on waitresses, while supporting giant tax breaks for white collar criminals and crooked bankers. There was nothing conservative about Reagan. He also liked to sell guns to terrorists while blathering 'Americans don't deal with terrorists' rubbish, which of course generated the last 4 decades of terrorist attacks against both Europe and the U.S.

Should these be a right for every American citizen?
Not a ‘right’ per se – but such policies should be implemented reflecting the will of the majority of the people as expressed through the political process.

The better question is why anyone would oppose these policies – they’re examples of sound, responsible governance.

Other Western democracies with similar policies are flourishing – both socially and economically.

Should these be a right for every American citizen?

No one has a right to anything for which someone else must pay.

You have the right to free speech ... but not to free TV air time.

You have the right to bear arms ... but not the right to a free gun.

You have the right to peaceably assemble ... but not the right to a free auditorium.

No

These aren’t rights these are privileges that should be earned not just given for being born on American soil. This is what leftists like yourself cannot comprehend and precisely what causes such division in our great country.

Irrelevant argument is irrelevant.

There are only a couple thousand active and retired congresweasels who have their medical services paid for by 300+ Murican taxpayers,

Claiming that model could support medical care for everyone at the expense of everyone else is totally retarded.

Should these be a right for every American citizen?

From where do you think the money will come for all these “free” or “subsidized” “rights”?

We don't even have the right to vote. Convince a few billionaires they can profit from some of those things if you want them written into law.
Why don't u have a right to vote? That's a lie.

It will come fromtaxpayers everywhere like you.
The same when it comes to roads, hospitals, police, doctors, bridges, universities, The military, nurses, and every other installation you enjoy every day.

You're frightened some Democrat voting starving wretch might get a tiny bit of you money. Well stiff cheddar. You dont mind using his facilities. Hypocrit.

I believe in Human Rights for all humans.

That includes those who can not earn money.

In Canada, even people serving life for murder are treated humanely.
In Canada, even people who arent human, are treated humanely? What a bunch of crap.

If everything is free, who pays?

Who's going to pay for it? lmao
Strange how those words are never said about the massive spending by government on the war machine and corporate welfare. Seems like they’re only said about programs designed to help the poor and middle class. Weird!

The Swedes are quite happy with their country. More so than is the US. In fact most of the European Social Democracies are high on the list.

Programs to help the poor and middle class do not benefit the country as a whole.

Absurd…but massive corporate welfare and war profiteering does help the country???

Many Americans have lost their minds. You’re one.

You might as well have said fuck the people let them die and we should only help big corporations and the wealthy.

The government has specific powers as outlined in the Constitution. Helping the poor isn't one of them. The general welfare clause doesn't mean send out a check every month. Under article 4, section 4, of the Constitution we are guaranteed a republican form of government and protection from invasion. 5he government should take care of business before spending the people's money on the well being of others.

Oh brother now you cite the constitution. Cons are crazy!!!

Is corporate welfare in the constitution? Is massive war spending in the constitution? Where does it say we need 800 military bases on foreign lands?

And for being retired, i dont rely on Social Security because i havent even started accepting it yet, i get every quarter of the year over $130,000 from qualified dividends. Mod Edit: Don't insult people in the CDZ

Qualified dividends are taxed at 0%, 15%, or 20%, depending on your income level and tax filing status. Ordinary (non-qualified) dividends and taxable distributions are taxed at your marginal income tax rate, which is determined by your taxable earnings.

I had to clean up my previous posts because i noticed the brainless one had put this in CDZ when it should definately be put in the flame zone. I just cant deal with these progressive slaves and their very low intelligence.

If you dont want me to insult people in the CDZ, then this bogus post should be in the flame zone, where it belongs. Posting the crap that he did about FREE this and FREE that will incite anger amongst intelligent people, not the progressive slaves who demand that FREE stuff..
