People in the cities and elderly people do not have drivers licenses and their form of ID is not acceptable

What are you referring to? Not everyone drives yet there are state-issued IDs. Bring mobile processing units into communities to get people IDs, not just for voting.

Every time the debate on Voter ID comes up, opponents to voter ID point to the elderly and Blacks not having ID. Where is the outcry or push to get people State IDs for all of the access and services they need that require ID?

What are the numbers of elderly and “people in cities” that don’t have ID? What kind of ID are Republicans rejecting? What Republican ms are rejecting them?

Do you know how much paperwork is required to get those documents "free"?

You have to provide income and asset documentation, like tax returns, W-2's, bank records, etc. just to get a fee waiver.

All that is needed are the originals, if the DMV or who ever is issuing the ID needs copies, they will make them. Just like they did when I got my FREE drivers license last month.
