This is after the fact. It’s now about the assignment of blame and responsibility. And it’s about the degree of appropriate punishment for an offender who happens to be a minor. And a human being. A sick human being. But a human being all the same.

People on death row have multiple appeals they can make. Let the punk appeal his ass off behind bars and by the time he is 30, he won't be a minor anymore so he can meet Sparky

I did say those who have a severe enough case of autism and the reason why I said that is because I used to work with someone who had autism, but because of how well he took care of his condition, I never would've known that he had anything going on had he not said anything about his having it.

14 year olds are capable of absolute heinous crimes. Like this one.
No world exist where this kid should ever walk the earth free again.

They should just be shoot in the back of the head minutes after sentencing like the Soviets did back in the day. Saves money and is actually more humane in a lot of ways.

There are some sad stories of people who were not really guilty on Death Row (due to corruption and other nefarious things) but a lot of them have been freed, in part due to DNA testing. Still, knowing what I know about this crooked damn world, I know it still happens at times that the innocent are put on D Row. But this guy was caught in the act. Old Sparky awaits
